What is in a program visit
The interval is set from what the assessment found, not from a brochure. A visit covers the supplies, returns and trunks on the agreed scope. It covers the filter, and the filter gets changed. It covers the coil face and the blower compartment. And it ends with the same before and after set as a full cleaning. Everything follows NADCA ACR standards. You get the report either way, good news or bad.
Why interval matters more than intensity
Spring pollen off the DuPage and Kane County tree canopy loads a return filter faster than most homeowners expect. Lake effect winter keeps furnaces running from November into March, and a system that runs that hard recirculates whatever is already sitting in the ducts. A building on a sensible interval never gets back to the state that made the first cleaning necessary. That usually means a shorter, cheaper visit each time. It is the same argument a facility manager already makes about every other piece of kit in the building.
